The staff on the night shift were very nice and polite. Perfectly comfortable and in an excellent location in a local area, near restaurants and the subway station.

I appreciated the place, it was fairly clean & the stuff were very kind. The breakfast was plentiful and for vegetarians. The location was GOOD and perfect - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. I had good days staying at this great budget hotel.

It was the right place for sightseeing in Shanghai. We met really kind staff, especially on the night shift. Breakfasts for vegetarians were satisfactory and good. The hotel's setting was excellent, close to a residential area and the subway line.

Terrible, it said that it had transportation to the airport, and it did not, they do not speak english, no help,in the middle of no thing, they do not care for you, no taxis, nothing. A teribble choice

Cheap Hotel, about 7 km from Pudong-Airport. Shuttle-service to Airport for 10 yuan or for free (depends) every hour. Very clean rooms, perfect for visitors who only want to stay for 1 night.

The staff spoke almost no english. Payment with credt-card only with pin possible.

Very convenient place for the transit passengers and for them, who fly early morning from Pudong airport. Pick up is free and shuttle-bus to the airport for 10 china money. The way to the airport is 10 minutes.

Perfect free pick up service from the airport despite I arrived during the night where no metro was going. Clean, but noisy room. Chinese breakfast. Busshuttle back to airport: 10 yuan. Good price service level even when staing allone in a room.

The rooms at this place are really spacious and bright with lots of windows to let in natural light. Plus, there are plenty of TV channels to keep you entertained. 🌞 I paid $214 for my stay. the hotel is conveniently located near a subway station.

The hotel is cheaper compared to other hotel. There is available taxi ready for the customer. The place is colder than the other city. The breakfast food is good enough.

There is no English fluent staff, hence it is hard to communicate with the staff assigned. No complementary coffee given to customer in the room. I was charged with 10% service charged but during my booking service charge was already included in my hotel rate.
